The Thurston- <br /> Mason Behavioral Health Organization reimburses the Mason County Prosecutor's Office for services <br /> and costs associated with these hearings. The initial contract expired on December 31, 2020. The <br /> Amendment to that contract runs through December 31, 2021 <br /> _BUDGET IMPACT: There will be no impact to the budget.
