2020-09(formally known as 20-09) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> VACATION FILE NO. 399 <br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE VACATION OF THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF WALNUT <br /> STREET THAT LAYS NORHT OF BLOCK 4, LOTS 1-4 IN THE PLAT MORRE'S <br /> ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SHELTON <br /> A RESOLUTION adopting the findings, conclusions and recommendation of the <br /> hearing examiner to deny the vacation of a County road pursuant to chapter 36.87 <br /> RCW and chapter 12.20 of the Mason County Code. <br /> WHEREAS, Mary Leighton, has petitioned for the vacation of a portion of a <br /> Mason County road known as Walnut Street; <br /> WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer submitted a report concerning the <br /> proposed vacation, and a notice of hearing was duly published and posted in <br /> accordance with chapter 36.87 RCW; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.87.060, the hearing examiner held a public <br /> hearing on December 11, 2019, and considered the report of the County Road <br /> Engineer, took testimony and evidence, and made a recommendation to the Board of <br /> County Commissioners denying Road Vacation No. 399, requesting the vacation of a <br /> portion Walnut Street. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Mason County <br /> Commissioners, as follows: That the Board adopts the findings, conclusions and <br /> recommendations of the hearing examiner denying the request for the vacation of a <br /> portion of Walnut Street. <br /> DATED this qday of January, 2020 <br /> BOARD OF MASON COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS <br /> ATTEST: <br /> L V/, ��� <br /> Me ss ewry, Clerk of the Board —Sharon Tr6sk, Chair <br /> REVIEWED AS TO FORM: Ran y Neatherli ice Chair <br /> 4� <br /> hitehead, Kevin Shu y Commissioner <br /> Ch.
